REST STOPS

If you have ridden with us before you know we offer numerous stops to take care of your hydration, energy and rest needs. We like to spoil our guests.

The number of stops you get to depends on which route you select. The longer your route, the more stops along the way. The shortest route - 37 miles - will have thee stops, including one winery. The 45-mile route goes to two wineries and has four stops. The 65-mile route has five stops, including two wineries, and a Ciderhouse. The century riders (100 miles) and our Double Dog Dare riders (Double Metric or 125 miles) pick up an additional winery and a Lake Erie rest stop for seven total.

Each rest stop is well-stocked with energy foods and liquids to keep you on your way. We try to vary our offerings a little so you don't get bored with the same old stuff at each stop. Water and Gatorade will be the main hydration beverages offered.

The wineries and the cidery of course offer wine to sample. Be prudent in your sampling - everyone responds to alcohol differently. If you do sample wine, be sure to eat plenty of food along with it, to help balance your intake.
