The SWCC Planning Conference will be held on Saturday,  January 23, 2016 at McBid Hall located at Twin Lake Homes, 42660 Albrecht Road, Elyria, Ohio. The meeting will be from 8 am to 8pm. All members are encouraged to attend and participate in this process. Ideas and suggestions are always appreciated. We will be planning rides, social events, plus discuss Dog Days,  WACO,  Club Insurance needs and our 2015 budget.
We will need to know if you are attending in order to have refreshments available for the morning session and Lunch in the afternoon. Once we get an agenda, it will be made public.  Attend the session(s) of interest to you.  Please contact Gary Schmitt at
