Club member Ute Goldkuhle relocated to the Cleveland area last year and found us while researching locate bike clubs. Ute has a PhD background in health including nurse practitioner, researcher, and college professor. She has a book being published called The Smart Woman's Guide to Heart Health: Skillfully

Manage Three Major Heart-Health Risks! She will speak about heart health for both men and women and what we as cyclists can do to better improve our heart functioning. Her book might be ready and available for purchase at the meeting for around $10.

Randy Lottman and the rest of the committee dealing with Wild Apricot, our new web site, will do a short presentation on the features of the site. Sue Wells, our superlative social committee chair, will have tasty refreshments. Please mark your calendars to join us for what promises to be a fun and enlightening evening.
