Club rides. 

Two different ride paces using the same route. 

Unlike a typical club ride, the faster 3+* ride will not slow down for riders unable to maintain the pace.  They will be left behind to be picked up by the trailing 2+* group, which will leave no one behind.

Always wanted to try a 3+* pace but were afraid of holding up the group?  This ride is for you.  Want to ride at your usual 2+* pace?  Just start with the corresponding group.
