7:00 Meeting  - Safe Cycling Expo

The expo will kick off at 7:00 with a short safety video to get us all up to speed with cycling safety after the winter hiatus.

This will be followed by several bike safety stations.  You can choose based on your interests for about 10-15 minutes each. Topics will include: What’s new with helmets and helmet fitting,  ABC before a ride,  Routine maintenance (lubrication, chain cleaning),  Core exercises and balance, When to replace tires, chain etc

The Club is suppling refreshments and door prizes, so for planning purposes advance registration would be most appreciated - but not required.  Your attendance is what is desired..
