Come join us to follow the old PEP (Pedal Erie Parks) cycling routes (49 and 28 mile options) through the Vermilion and Huron areas.

We have modified the routes to begin at Quarry Hill Orchards, Berlin Heights.

We are able to park behind the Orchard store on the grassy area by the corn fields, so please drive around the back of the store.  There is a porta pottie and possibly bathrooms available for us to use. They have just opened the new Orchard barn as well – some good fruits and vegetables will be available for purchase. For after the ride there are picnic tables on the grounds and the winery opens at noon and  has a large outdoor patio and a selection of wines and limited food options.

This is a rural ride in the Vermilion and Huron areas so water and bathroom stops are limited. There is a Shell – HyMiler gas station in Huron (about mid-ride) that should be available. We saw a McDonalds and Wendy’s on Rye Beach Road but the parking lots looked empty so they may not be open to foot traffic. Please bring snacks, water and face masks.
