Club general membership meeting. 

Visitors welcome.

As winter rolls in, we often find ourselves sprouting into couch potatoes.  With that in mind, we have a program for you.  Nanci Ickes of the Health and Wellness Sciences Division at LCCC will be our presenter.  Her topics will include:

• information regarding nutrition tips for cyclists
• the facilities available for use at LCCC
• overview of the donation-based Kristy’s classes open to the public
• potential FREE fitness center memberships based on one’s insurance, and/or Silver Sneakers program at LCCC

We will also be electing some directors and officers.

Of course we’ll have our usual wonderful and sometimes even healthy snacks.

We are in the large room at the park, so it’s easy to spread out.  Masks are optional there, but always encouraged.  If you haven’t come to a club meeting or participated in a ride this year, please know that we welcome you to come out and get to know us.  We are a very friendly bunch!
