Rider and Ride Leader Seminar                       

Silver Wheelers,

 As the title suggest, our event is for both riders and ride leaders. I will admit, however, we wouldn’t mind if some you are encouraged to become ride leaders by what you hear.

The program will feature a presentation by Sue Wells and Pat Serio, “What to do before the EMTS Arrive.” Ken Knabe, a member and an attorney, will discuss “Cyclist Rights and Responsibilities on the road,” and a discussion between a panel comprised of 4 ride leaders, one from each star level, and the audience will follow. Light refreshments, coffee, water, juice, and pastries will be available before we convene.  

The cycling season will soon be here and this will be good preparation for those first rides and throughout the year and a good opportunity to see old friends and make some new ones.
