2024 New Years Day Ride & Potluck
It’s time again to enjoy an awesome New Years Day ride.
Place: Kendal Education Center. You enter the campus on Kendal Drive. Continue on Kendal Drive until you come to a stop sign. Turn right at the sign. The first building on your right as you enter Heiser Circle is the Education Center. This is a unique opportunity to utilize a facility that has never previously been available to the Club as a ride hub location.
Parking is available on the Heiser Circle. Please reserve handicap spaces for Kendal residents. Visitor parking is also available in Lot 4, just before the stop sign, and Lot 5, to the left just after the stop sign.
Time:
1:00 pm - building open for food drop off.
1:15 pm - rides commence.
2:00 - 4:00 pm - we eat, socialize, play board games - bring your favorite, complain about holiday weight gain, brag/complain about the kids/grandkids.
We have 4 soups volunteered - Vegan Red Lentil from Ann Hauser; White Chili from Karen Hobbes; 2 soups from Pat Serio. We could use another soup or two. Volunteers? Contact the host. Sides and desserts are appreciated and thanks in advance for your contributions. (You bring it, we'll eat it.) The usual coffee, paper goods, etc. will be provided.
What to bring: You can help the environment out by bringing your own reusable place settings.
